We know you will enjoy your stay at this genuine working beef cattle, sheep and horse farm - only 90 minutes from Sydney! In a wonderful country atmosphere, this is a glorious heritage listed property nestled on 350 acres of beautiful farmland. Excellent accommodation with en-suites and some spas.

Enjoy horse riding, day/night tennis, swimming, heated spas, log fires, the games room, archery, canoeing, or chatting around the camp fire with Billy tea and damper. Hay rides, animal nursery, milking cows, collecting eggs for breakfast, feeding sheep, cattle and horses, watch sheep dogs working, see sheep being shorn, scenic bushwalks, feed pet kangaroos, scenic horse trail riding.

Welcome to Belltrees, home of the White family since 1831 and one of Australia’s most famous rural properties. It is approximately 9000 ha (22,000 acres) in size and located along the Hunter River, upstream of Lake Glenbawn in the rich and fertile Upper Hunter Valley, New South Wales , Australia.

At the heart of the Belltrees property and the centre piece to the valley, stands proud, the main Belltrees Homestead (1908), in company with other fine buildings of the past; St James Chapel (1887), original colonial homestead (1836) (now museum), Trading Store (1837)(now office), Shearing Shed (©1880), Primary School, Country House and a selection of Cottages located along the Hunter River.

Guests have been visiting Belltrees from all around the world since early days but formally since 1988. Ba Mack Homestead

 Enjoy good old fashioned hospitality - you will love staying on ourworking farm.  We enjoy introducing you to the delights of our farm, learn
how to milk a goat, pat a sheep, feed a baby lamb and goat.  Children are
welcome to help catch and groom our horses and enjoy a pony led ride. Feed
our chickens and turkeys and collect their eggs each day. Pick fresh fruit
from our orchard. Afternoon tea and continential breakfast included in
your stay. .  Accommodation can very comfortably cater up to 10 guests at
a time.

Only a 25 minute drive on a tar sealed road to Mudgee, famous for its
wool, wineries, honey and fine food, we farm 285 acres and our main focus
is to grow fine merino wool.

Ba Mack Homestead is a place to just relax - take some time out, soak in
the views of the rolling hills, enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets
and re-connect with farm life.
